So on Friday last week we landed in Cape Town to finally check out the much anticipated and much talked about event, Ultimate X 2012. We have featured the previous Ultimate X events before but this was the first time we made sure to be there in person. And it didn't disappoint! Meet up and coming female MotoX Enduro rider Lanza van der Mescht a.k.a ‘The Flying Dutchman’. She’s part of the ShredBettys team – the organization that was founded by female riders for female riders and she’s scrambling up some dirt on the local Enduro circuit. We chatted to Lanza about all things with two wheels and we hope to chat to more ladies like her in the future!
