Tell us a bit about the beautiful girl we have featured as this week’s LW Babe of the Week?
I enjoy long walks on the beach, I love dancing with friends till sunrise. You’ll never find me near a microphone. I’m an ambassador for a healthy and active lifestyle. I enjoy my downtime, but can’t sit still for too long. I can’t imagine life without my friends , family and crazy adventures

You’re into the fitness lifestyle. What type if fitness regimes do you enjoy the most and how strict are you on yourself?
I absolutely love high intensity weight training, you can never get bored and every session is a challenge. When it comes to cardio, I will find every excuse in the book of excuses not to do cardio in a gym. Running on the treadmill is almost worse then studying for a maths exam. I can push myself extremely hard but since I got back from my two month holiday I find myself needing some motivation to get back in to routine. Working in a gym helps a lot though.

How often do you get a cheat day and what do you indulge in on those days?
I don’t follow a specific diet and never have. Every day is cheat day for me! Shhhh please don’t tell anybody. I have to set an example for my clients [laughs]. But if i had to have a cheat meal it would definitely be Pizza, Coke, popcorn and sour sweets from Woolies.

You are a Durban girl. Living in the city that is known for its warm winters how much difference is there actually when it comes to lifestyle in winter?
I wouldn’t say there’s a big difference, but there is a difference. I love our winters, we have the most perfect days during winter. What I do enjoy about winter is the one or two cold days were you can get DVD’s, popcorn, warm clothes and that one special person to cuddle and not feel guilty missing out on a sunny day.

Having said that, what are you looking forward to most this summer?
Beach, bikinis, sun, fun, friends, cocktails and more parties!

We noticed that you have some skills on a Wakeboard, nice! How did you get into Wakeboarding and what goes through your mind when you are riding?
I started Wakeboarding with a close guy friend. When wakeboarding, I forget about any troubles or stress. It’s a few minutes of fun filled excitement where life just seems perfect.

Have you ever thought about competing or are you just into it for the fun if it?
No, I haven’t ever thought about that but if the opportunity arises I’ll grab it with both hands. So please do call if you want to offer me the opportunity [laughs].

Let’s get down to the nitty gritty. What type of guy is an instant turn on for you?
Fit, tanned and well groomed (if he has blue eyes, well that’s just a bonus). To me the initial attraction is very important and there’s something about a guy that’s fit, tanned and well groomed that’s just irresistible.

How do you feel when you see that type of guy walk past?
When that guy walks past me one day, I’ll let you know.

What would you do to get his attention and make sure you get what you want?
I tend to do stupid things when i like someone and i really suck at flirting, but after doing something stupid I try disguise my shame by doing something funny. And that’s how you get the guy!

Mmmm…wouldn’t you like to know?

If you had to take us out on a surprise date, what would that date entail?
Well if I tell you that will ruin the surprise. But you’ll need your Passport, baggies and toothbrush.
