You have recently returned from a trip to America. Tell us about the trip and how it came about?
I was in Nashville for a while where I visited family. I then flew to Ohio and attended the Arnold Classic, where I met with team Cellucor. After that I headed out to New York, I spent the day at the Cellucor head offices where I tried some of the amazing products from the Cellucor brand. I’m now in process of signing with Cellucor as their South African Global Spokesmodel.
What was the adventure like and what are some of your most memorable moments?
It was a great adventure, the most memorable moments for me was meeting new people at the expo.
Give us some insight into your fitness lifestyle. How did you get into it and where does your inspiration come from?
I have always been active with sports and enjoyed the benefits of keeping fit. After competing in my first competition the bug bit as I really enjoy training for competitions and setting goals.

What are some of your favourite workouts and why?
I enjoy weight training, it keeps me toned and shapes my physique. I don’t believe in prolonged hours of cardio, it just beats your metabolism down.
Which day is your favourite training day?
I treat everyday like it’s Monday. I never wait for Monday to start working out or set goals for that particular day. Everyday counts, everyday gets you that one step closer to achieving your goals.
What has been your personal best accomplishment?
Setting up my own businesses. I do online coaching and transformation challenges. I really enjoy my chosen career which is to help others meet their health and fitness goals.
You are in the process of launching your fashion brand called Jenna Carmen. Tell us about this exciting venture?
The label will offer a wide range of collections that include high end ladies handbags, shoes and accessories.
What can people expect from your brand and when exactly will we see it available?
Jenna Carmen is currently set to launch in July. The brand is made with exquisite detailing. The products stand out from the crowd with unique designs, stylish colours and high end quality finishes.
What drives Jenna Lithgow?
Being able to make a significant change in someone’s life.
How do social networks help your personal and business life?
It’s great for brand awareness. I work on social media daily, however I do not believe social media is best for your personal life.
How would you best explain sex appeal and where so you rate yourself out of 10?
I really believe sex appeal is a natural thing. I would rather not rate myself but I am a natural [winks].
What type of guy does it for you and how would you make sure you get his attention?
A guys personality is most important to me. If you can’t be best friends, it’s not going to work out in the end. I usually grab most people’s attention with my laugh.
