Fitness is everything to Samantha Williams, and we’re not complaining, just look at her body. Even the way she talks about it has us slightly aroused. Meet our LW Babe of the Week here:
Proudly brought to you by Aqua Vita Water.

Full name: Samantha Williams
Nickname: Sammy
Hometown: Durban
Day job: Lifestyle and Fitness Consultant
Likes: Sun, sea, music and my gym.
Dislikes: Arrogance, dishonesty and self righteousness.
Special talents: [laughs] Let me make you a salad to start with…hmmm?

Lets kick things off by getting to know you a bit better. Tell us a bit about who Samantha Williams is?
I have always had a passion for fitness and health, born in Durban, have been a student studying exercise science and am focusing on nutrition and holistic healing for the next few months ahead, whilst establishing my consulting career,
I am a lifestyle and inspirational ambassador for an international supplement company, ProSupps LLC and represent the brand with pride.
What was your experience of shooting with Lyle Simes for this feature like?
Lyle is extremely easy to work with, amazing experience, not only a photographer, but a passionate artist, which I feel reflects in his imagery. Such a privilege!
What went through your mind when we approached you to be a featured LW Babe?
Very honoured to be able to feature as a Proudly SA Babe. Unreal, extremely LW Babe Samantha Williams proud!

You have an amazing body and obviously know how to keep it in shape. What does your weekly training routine consist of?
I train 5 days a week, usually splitting up a two-part workout, cardio either in the morning or afternoon. I focus on areas I feel need love, I really change up my routine constantly, often treating the gym like a giant jungle gym, just getting a good hard pump all over. 30km Saturday morning beach rides and dog walks for the win on the weekends. I’m very active!
What are some of your favourite exercises and?
I love the leg press, 340kg is my personal best (take me on), and it keeps that bum nice and tight. I like compound, simple exercises, cave – woman style [laughs]. Heavy, hard and dirty. Squats. Give me the old school weights and minimalistic bathroom facilities, I’m here to pump iron!
Which body part do you consider your strongest, and which your sexiest?
Legs, definitely my strongest. On a good day, my abs. My butt is a winner though?

What’s your favourite way to show off your body?
Definitely a classic black bikini.
What does the fitness industry mean to you and what goals do you have for yourself in it?
Fitness means to take care of oneself, to love and appreciate your body, to understand the capabilities and how important body health is on every fundamental level. Life is the greatest competition, my goals include developing my fitness and health as a body engineer and inspiring others to be motivated.
The industry often portrays such a negative perception towards body building and fitness, the public sees it as a selfish self glorifying sport, I would like to see that change. Being fit and strong is not a sport it is a lifestyle that takes immense dedication and discipline.
What gets a lady like yourself in the mood?
All I need is a really good conversation to entice me, capture my mind and my body will follow.

If you could create your perfect man, who would he look like and what personality would he have?
My perfect mate, funny will get me over everything else, I love to laugh. Looks-wise, must have good hands, a smart mouth, a witty naughty sense of humour and a touch of darkness.
A millionaire, an average Joe, a blonde bombshell and a movie star. Who do you marry, who do you snog, who do you have a one-night-stand with and who do you ditch?
The blonde gets my one-night-stand.
The movie star gets the kiss.
The millionaire can take a walk.
And average Joe better make me laugh during the wedding vows.
In your opinion, what is the way to a man’s heart?
We all know its food, maybe it can be my cheeky bum too?.
If you could leave us with some inspiring words to think about, what would they be?
Your words and thoughts are very powerful, connect with your goals and focus on that, ignore the negativity and appreciate your progression.

What’s the first thing that comes to mind when we mention:
Life? Is for living. Try everything at least twice.
Past? Creates you, but doesn’t define you.
Future? Your thoughts are powerful, connect with your future intention and focus on the positives.
Turns ons? Sense of humour, the sunrise, fruit and red lipstick on white sheets.
Turn offs? Dishonesty and butcheries [laughs].
Bucket list? Mexico.
Irritating? Liars and people who put others down.
