You have an amazing body, tell us how you like to keep in shape and what some of your favourite workouts are?
I do weight training for an hour and cardio for one hour a day. My favourite workout is definitely training legs. Always a challenge and I love feeling them burn the next day. I generally do a lot of kickbacks, squats on the smith machine – wide-legged and close-legged. As well as leg press.
How did you get into the fitness industry and fitness modelling?
I entered a transformation challenge called Rishape. The purpose was not really to get into the industry but to change my lifestyle of eating badly and drinking, to getting the body of my dreams. Then Riaan who is in charge of Rishape approached me and encouraged me to compete which is what I have now done and the rest has followed.
What are some of the pro’s and con’s of the lifestyle?
Pros: Being someone’s motivation to push and transform, learning self discipline, learning what is good and bad for you and understanding your body.
