So what does a girl like Jessica-Louise do for fun?
I love a big night out with good company, drinks and good music. I also love trying new things, seeing new places, and getting the most out of life.

Give us some insight into who Jessica-Louise is?
I’m very ambitious, driven and I don’t take any nonsense. I love animals, music and going to the gym. I lead a busy lifestyle and I believe in self-improvement on all levels whether it be physically, mentally or emotionally. While I can be tough, I have the softest heart for the people and things that are closest to me.

What were your thoughts when you saw the final result of your photo-shoot with Lyle Simes for this feature?
I was very happy with the final result. Lyle is a very talented photographer and we worked well together. We have more work planned for the future.

Which scene do you think you look the sexiest in?
My favourite shots are from the beach in my bikini and in the white tank top, just because I was having fun and it felt very natural.

What are your pros and cons of living in Durban?
The pros are definitely the beautiful weather, the relaxed vibe and friendly people. The cons are that Durban is small, so one can easily get tired of doing the same things all the time, and it can be limiting when a person is looking to expand their career and lifestyle.

Would you consider yourself a beach bum?
[Laughs] yes! I don’t always have the time, but I love the beach and swimming in the ocean when it’s hot. It always puts me in a good mood.

Have you ever tried your hand in surfing and what was the result?
Yes, I used to surf a bit when I was younger with one of my best friends. It was so much fun, but we got knocked around and did a lot of falling most of the time.

What are some of your favourite things do during the week and on the weekends?
My weeks are generally busy with lectures, work and gym, but I do love to unwind with coffee/ drinks with friends, seeing a movie or some live music, or going out for a jol.

Which of your assets does the opposite sex usually favour the most?
That’s for me to know.

Have you ever used any of your assets to get yourself out of trouble? Explain?
[Laughs] I’m never in trouble because I never get caught.

A question on every guys mind. What does it take to get a date with you?
Originality. I’m not impressed by money or material things, I know I can get those things myself if I really wanted to. If I’m approached respectfully by someone who can make me laugh, hold a good conversation and we have similar interests, a date should come naturally.

What would you expect from that date?
Something interesting and original. I’m not a fan of clichés.
