Tell us what the world of Carmen Arrand is all about?
Well the world of Carmen Arrand is really busy, I study Landscape Design and work as well, as a promo girl, I like to keep my body in shape so I’m a hectic gym Junkie. I also do a lot of volunteer work at a puppy shelter but my biggest achievement in volunteering was going down to Zimbabwe with a team to take supplies to those who are in need. So that’s basically the world of Carmen.
We noticed that your are posing in some sexy Jungle Rush attire. Are you a fan of the team and Freestyle Motocross?
Yes I am a fan of the team, my buddy Dallan Goldman runs Jungle Rush. I love motocross, I always thought a guy that rides is supper sexy.
What do you like about FMX and who is your favourite rider?
I like the danger in it all. My favourite rider would have to be Dallan Goldman, I think that he is going to make a successes in he’s riding career.

Have you ever ridden a dirt bike? If not, would you like to try your hand at it?
Nope I haven’t but would love to try.
What other extreme sports grab your attention?
I dig FMX too much to compare it to other sports.
How did you get into modelling and what goals do you have for it?
I got into modelling about 3 years ago just by doing it as a passion. I find shooting so much fun. Well, I would love to be in FHM top 100 and to get as far as possible.
What do you reckon is the sexiest part of your body?
Well I would have to say my ass and legs. I really work hard in the gym to keep them looking sexy.
Which part of your body gets the most attention from guys?
[Laughs] My ass gets most of the attention and of course my eyes.
Have you ever used it to get yourself out of trouble?
Yes, all the time. I usually use it to get what I want, it always works [laughs].
What do you do to get a guys attention and if you do, what does it take to close the deal?
I don’t really try get guys attention but usually what seals the deal is that I lift in gym and guys seem to love that, and also the fact that I’m easy to get along with and I’m always keen to be adventurous.
What’s the most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to you?
Well, I was doing some lifts at gym and had to bend to pick up my weights and discovered my pants where see through when I bent, it was horrible and I’ve never been so embarrassed. It was worse when I caught an old man looking.
