I would describe myself as ambitious, spontaneous, realistic, strong individual with a soft heart and a cheeky streak.

What drives you?
I’ve got a fire within me that wants to succeed. Recreating myself everyday to become a better version than yesterday. I absolutely love a challenge and concurring the impossible.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
Competing in Worlds Bodybuilding.

We have to admit that you have amazing legs! Which part of your body is your favorite?
Thank you. I would say my favourite part is my hands, I’m so grateful for them as I am a therapist and touch is extremely important.

What’s your secret to keeping is such good shape?
A healthy lifestyle. I workout twice a day and try to make healthy food choices as much as I possibly can. When I am competing, I do have a strict nutrition plan that I follow.

What type of guy do you find yourself attracted to?
I am attracted to ambition, a clever man with a wicked sense of humour. A man that takes care of himself physically, with strong arms… it’s my weakness. A man with manners and who knows how to treat a lady with respect.

What’s your surefire way to seal the deal with him?
He must be partially metrosexual but still be rough around the edges. A guy who is as keen for a picnic as he is for a movie on the couch. He must open up to me emotionally and give me foot massages from time to time.

First dates. What should they consist of?
Loads of laughs. Chemistry. Candles. Wine. Dessert.

What can you normally be found doing on the weekends?
Mostly Im at home just relaxing, spending time with my man watching MotoGP or catching up on series, having visits with family and friends, a casual braai is always in order.

If you had the opportunity to work for any major company, which would it be?
I’d preferably like to own the business rather than be employed, but if i had to choose I’d probably say Google! They have every possible facility you could need under one roof, including an incredible spa and gym [laughs].

What’s the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?
Have a cup of coffee to get me out of bed in the first place.

What’s the last thing you do before going to sleep at night?
Have a cup of green tea.

Ive got so many! The more humble you are the higher you will rise. Motivation can be found everywhere. Challenge your limits.
