Full name: Keziah Searle
Nickname: Kez, Kezzie
Age: 23
Hometown: Durban
Day job: Graphic Designer / part-time studying by night (Personal Training Diploma)
Likes: Anything sweet especially when it’s healthy. Love animals, love baking/ cooking… my list could go on and on
Dislikes: I don’t really have any dislikes, maybe arrogant people are the exception to that
Special talents: I can eat a lot, and I mean a lot! I can take an unhealthy recipe and make it healthy and it will taste really really good

Give us the ins and out of who Keziah Searle is?
I am soft and quiet natured, with a bit of a wild twist. I always see the best in people and strive to help and inspire others. When someone gets to know me they will realize that I am wild, funny and crazy. I am go-getter, I love bettering myself and learning new things. I do enjoy my alone time and coming up with new healthy recipes and exercise, as well as ways of building myself as a brand on Instagram as I am in the process of starting an blog and new adventure (watch this space).
You obviously like to keep in shape, what does your weekly training regime consist of?
I do love keeping in shape, it has always been an integral part of my lifestyle. Recently my training has become more focused with the help of my coach, Riaan Dohne (Rishape Fitness), who is training me for fitness bikini competitions. So my weekly training consists of morning cardio of hill sprints/ running/ HIT classes/ Spinning or step. Then Ill go do a strength workout after work with one or two days rest, it really all depends on how I’m feeling. But I love working out so I try to get training in on a daily basis.

How much discipline does it take to live the fitness lifestyle and what do you do to make sure you keep on track?
For me, this lifestyle comes fairly easily as I grew up constantly being active. But with a high intensity-training regime and having to juggle all the other things going on in my life, it can sometimes be a bit difficult. What I have found to be important is reminding myself of my goals and how great it makes me feel when I finally achieve them.
What was your experience of shooting with Lyle Sims for this feature like?
It was my first bikini shoot ever, so I was very very nervous at first and I had no idea what to do but Lyle made me feel really comfortable. He is an amazing photographer and I absolutely love how he captured me in such a natural way.
What went through your mind when we asked you to feature as an LW Babe?
I was extremely honored and super excited to do a shoot and be featured.
What do you like to do for fun?
I love to bake, exercise, chill with friends or just go on adventures with my boyfriend.

Would you consider yourself a beach babe?
Yes definitely, I absolutely love the beach. I don’t think I could ever be away from the ocean.
What do you enjoy the most about being a Durban girl?
I love the laid back beauty of Durban, everything is so close together and we have the best weather ever.
If you could live in any other city in the world, which would it be?
To be honest that is very hard to answer, I have lived in a couple of places and nothing compares to Durban, plus all my family is here and family is very important to me.

What are the first things you look at when meeting a guy?
Smile and personality are key.
When it comes to guys, what are your must haves?
Definitely must be tall, dark and handsome, but I don’t need to look for those things anymore because I have the most perfect man in my life.
Every girl has a wild side, when does yours come out to play?
[Laughs] I think we would have to ask my boyfriend that.

What’s the first thing that comes to mind when we mention:
Blushing? Cute.
Flirting? My man.
Encouraging? My family and friends.
Sexy? Why thank you.
Weekdays? Why do they exist? [Laughs] only joking they aren’t too bad.
Weekends? Chilling, family time, sunshine and getting things done.
Beach? Hell yeah.
