Passionate about her health, fitness and body (which we are hugely grateful for) and extremely goal driven, we introduce Jazlin Rosewitz as our featured LW Babe of the Week.

Full name: Jazlin Joanne Yvonne Rosewitz
Nickname: Jaz
Age: 22
Hometown: Born in Johannesburg but I now live in Cape Town
Day jobs: Part time student and part time waitress
Likes: Nature, food, books, hiking, surfing, training, partying and cooking
Dislikes: Red meat, drinking, smoking, being counterproductive and excuses
Special talents: None that I can really think of but I can balance almost anything on my bicep

Give us a quick introduction to Jazlin?
I guess the best way to introduce myself would be that I am an extremely dedicated individual, to any task I want to complete as soon as I’ve set my mind to it. Literally nothing, not even myself can get in the way. Another defining characteristic of mine would be that I am a Libra and consider myself to be a spiritual being. I also really value kindness, authenticity and honesty and try to reflect that in the person I am. I am an introvert at most, however with the exception of an extroverted alter ego. I am also a huge nerd (I prefer the term academic), I am always looking for new things and skills to learn because I genuinely love improving myself in every way I can on a daily basis.
What are you passionate about and what drives you to reach your goals?
I am passionate about being my best self and helping others to see their potential as their best selves. I am passionate about my health and fitness. My dedication and commitment to my goals it what drives me to achieve them, along with the fact that through my journey of achieving my goals I am able to reach and motivate others to want more for themselves and achieve their own unique individual goals, whatever they may be.
Having been in lockdown for over a week now, what do you find your daily routine has changed to?
Well seeing now that I am no longer working as that has obviously stopped, but my studying is online, so I’m able to still do that.
My routine is basically – Wake up. Online yoga class. Breakfast. Train. Food. Work. Run around the property with my family. Dinner. Downtime.

What TV shows are your find to be binge worthy during this time?
Peaky Blinders, Witcher, Altered Carbon, Shameless and Ozark.
Usually living an active lifestyle, what are some of the creative workouts you have incorporated into your daily?
I have been able to incorporate regular yoga, it is so rewarding to be able to move my body in a much more fluid way in comparison to weights training. My training hasn’t really changed as I have a decent amount of weights at home, so instead I am now just substituting exercises that would’ve used a machine with free weights.
Which part of your body do you enjoy flaunting the most?
Definitely my booty, and primarily because I worked and still work damn hard for it.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
Physically I wouldn’t change anything, I love that I can work on my physical attributes and mould them into the material I deem to be pro worthy. I think what I would change however would be how impatient I can be at times, with regards to everything I want it and I want it now, but true growth only comes from trusting the process and staying consistent.
Tell us something no one knows about you?
I am actually extremely camera shy.
If you could be anywhere in the world experiencing something you’ve always dreamed of, where and what would it be?
Oh wow, this one is pretty easy to answer. I would be either in Japan or in Vegas at a pro qualifier for the IFBB Pro League receiving my pro card.

What are the top five things on your bucket list?
My top five things are more my top five places I need to visit in my life; Berlin, Vietnam, Japan, California and Mexico.
When it comes to guys, what type grabs your attention?
I don’t have a type per se, I am huge into energies and the way I feel around people, and if I like how someone makes me feel and I like the person I am when I’m around them then I guess you could classify that as my type.
What’s the first thing you are going to do once lockdown if lifted?
Probably go for a hike or to the beach for a surf, and definitely give the gym a visit.

What’s the first thing that comes to mind when we mention:
Good times? Moments filled with belly aching laughter, unreal nature scenes, AfrikaBurn or a really good artist set at a party or festival.
Turn on? Authenticity.
Turn off? Dishonesty and gigantic egos.
Gains? Necessary to be the best of the best.
Photo shoots? I love them, I love getting creative and allowing artists to put their own spin on things.
Travel? Bitten by this bug, I intend to see a lot of this beautiful earth.
