Shew to many to mention, but one would be to definitely be around the times of when the Pyramids were created, to believe or not believe in any conspiracy theories about them.

Tell us about your journey into the fitness industry and what you’d like to achieve?
I have always been a physically fit, healthy and sporty person. I competed very competitively in sports when I was younger and did really well. When you have a family, having “time” becomes increasingly challenging. So I have had to learn how to maximize time to achieve what one wants to achieve in a day. I would like have this effect on people, expressing that if you train and eat smartly, by using the time you have, you too can find balance. I want to complete my studies as an advanced Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and Life Coach and help people change their lives for the better.
What has the fitness lifestyle done for your physically and mentally?
Mentally the fitness lifestyle has given my life clarity and meaning. I always have a new goal or something to work towards. It also means being a better role model to the people that are in my life, and that I want to surround myself with people that have similar values making life so much more fulfilling. Physically, I am the strongest and fittest version of myself that I have ever been, always have energy and look forward to every new day because feeling good makes you more confident to deal with life in general.
Supplements are a big part of training. Which do you feel is the most important for you
I am a Scientific Sports Nutrition Influencer and the most life changing supplement is a product called Cytoguard. It is probably the most important product one should have when training for anything. There are so many benefits to mention, a few being that it protects the breakdown of muscle while training and gives a great pump, it also takes advantage of the most anti catabolic hormone, Insulin. It also tastes great.
What goes through your mind when you are in front of the camera?
Make love not war [laughs]
Have you ever used your good looks to get yourself out of trouble?
I have always seen myself as the girl next door and equal to any one else but, like anyone else, have definitely tried my tactics to get a few free drinks and passes into clubs.
