What did you think of our Christmas themed shoot for this feature, and which scene did you enjoy the most?
I was really amped to do the Christmas themed shoot, as it is my absolute favourite time of year! It’s such a wonderful festive season that brings family and friends together to enjoy each other’s company and eat delicious, very fattening food. My favourite scene was the little Santa’s helper outfit. Nothing makes a woman feel more confidant than wearing a bold color like red and especially in beautifully fit lingerie.
Give us an insight into the world of Coral?
The world of Coral consists of family, friends, fitness and food. I am really passionate about looking after my health and fitness.
Would you say that is a passion?
Absolutely. I live to only become better in a lot of things, eating healthier, pushing my hardest at gym, trying new things, competing in body building competition and most importantly, I look to inspire other people.

What would you say is your biggest inspiration to live this lifestyle?
My biggest inspiration is to inspire others. I have such a desire to give people who have any self-doubt or feel they aren’t good enough, hope. To let them know it’s simply never too late.
What would you say is the most important key to starting a fitness journey or simply a healthier lifestyle?
The most important key would be knowing your self worth. To know that even when it may seem impossible and you feel like throwing in the towel, never give up hope. Once you see the results it becomes an addiction.
How do you remain focused in this lifestyle with all the physical and mental demands it has?
The answer is simple; you need a good, experienced, and motivating coach. I am fortunate to belong to an epic team called Team G who is coached by one of the best body builders in the industry, Mr George Herwill.

You have been living in Bahrain for the last few years. What was that experience like and what are your pros and cons?
I get asked this question a lot, and after living abroad for many years I have come to realize and accept that the world is a very small place. A pro to having lived in the Middle East was the safety aspect and feeling at ease with not locking my front door religiously every time it closed. A massive con is being away from your family. You have no idea how much you actually miss being away. Thank God for technology and having so many means with communicating while away, but it still simply isn’t the same. The whole world has its issues. South Africa is a beautiful place with friendly people and I am and always will be proudly South African.
Why did you decide to move back to South Africa?
We felt we had outgrown the Middle East and thought why not move back and give Cape Town a go for a good change and breathe of fresh air.

If you had to put together your ultimate travel trip, which countries would you visit?
I would want to visit Egypt, Oman, Sri Lanka and Australia. My husband and I are keen divers and those destinations are renowned for that and the spectacular diving sites they have to offer. The beaches too, are world class and of course the history behind them.
What have been some of your highlights of 2016?
Gosh this year has been good for me, I welcomed the birth of a beautiful miracle niece, I stepped on the fitness stage and placed twice, which has always been a dream for me, I then qualified to compete on the stage in the amazing Arnold’s Classic 2017, I moved countries and now I’m starting a new exciting adventure.
Have you got anything exciting planned for this festive season?
Just chilling with my beautiful family and enjoying the rest of the time I have with them until the big move.

How will you be celebrating your way into 2017?
Probably an intimate dinner with alcoholic beverages and possibly a good dance somewhere.
What type of guy does it for you?
A friendly guy does it for me. A guy who doesn’t expect anything in return for his kindness. Oh, and he must have nice big manly hands, or it’s an immediate disqualification [laughs].
What 5 words best explain your attitude?
Positive, hopeful, happy, driven and passionate.

What’s the first thing that comes to mind when we mention:
Fitness? Broccoli, fasted cardio, earning mornings and white fish.
Bikinis and lingerie? Sexy, essential, red, white and lace.
Santa? My husband [laughs].
Summer holidays? Sun, sea, cocktails and a cute bikini.
Must haves? Red lipstick, baby oil, cute handbag and comfortable sneakers.
Desire? Hot, steamy, happy and butterflies.
Turn on? A handsome smile and manly hands.
Turn off? Pretentious and self conceited.
