When was the last time you woke up and said, “We did WHAT last night?”

Well it didn’t exactly happen like that; more along the lines of don’t take a drink from someone you don’t know too well, chances are you will land up in hospital.

How do you keep in such good shape? Is it thanks to great genes, hard work or a bit of both?

Definitely training and eating correctly.

I am currently trained by SA Bodybuilding Champ and founder of Body Guru, Mario Van Biljon, who is well known in the industry as a Bodybuilding athlete and as a PRO for assistance with training, Nutritional Supplementation and meal planning.

Nope, never had a guy treat me that badly.

A summer’s day on the beach with my boyfriend.

Rock concert or rave?

Rock, I definitely wouldn’t go to a rave concert.

Do you sing in the shower, and if so what’s on the regular playlist?

No! Ha-ha, I don’t sing in or out of showers.

What’s the most embarrassing thing a guy has ever done to get your attention?

Training calves in the gym, I was asked by a guy if he could share the same machine with me, only to find out he could not lift the same weight.

Are you any good at wrestling or play fighting?

Play fighting…I will not give up until I take you down! (I think this is due to having an older brother!)
