I would love to have the chance to try out one of the Uber Light’s i have Difficultly with Landind Lazer flips so thats the one trick i would love to re-learn and land And i think That the Uber Light would help me land it once and for all.
I was one of those kids that absolutely loved skateboarding but never got that good. Ive never been able to get enough pop and rotation to do a 360 flip. Im 31 now and havent skated in years. Im thinking about giving it another try before Im too old. Ive wanted the Almost Uber light deck since I first saw it in my monthly CCS catalog when I was a kid. I wanted it more than anything but could never afford it, to win it would be the coolest thing ever!
would like to take my skating to the next level.and with this board im sure its possible.
i would like to try bigspin heelflip a gap.or nollie 360 pressure flip..skate big stuff with this board!!!

I’d most probably do a nolie hardflip :D,light board would give me super pop on that trick.
Well, if I was lucky enough to win one of these decks, I’d finally be able to land my switch laser flip late shove-it. Only joking- but I’d bet with these Uber Light decks I’d land a 360 flip no problem

I would firstly be super hyped and would be staring at the deck for a few days. hahah . First trick would be a fat ollie down sum stairs for warm up then first flip for the board would be a 360 flip. The tricks i would like to land on that board is the different 360 variations( frontside,backside,switch )

Well…firsty I want to say big up to the guys commenting on this! You guys seem to be really good skaters and would almost kill for this board, so in that light I am sorry for the following cause I reckon some would even be like, “Why is this dude entering?”
I’m an ex skater – going on 11 years now. But I really do miss it! I got into the University world, and then Corporate World and there was no time for skating seeing that this culture just took over and the companies took all my time.
These days for some reason I’m looking to get into skating again, even if I’m the youngest in the skate park. I reckon I would be so happy just to nail a ollie again, but I would work damn hard to get to do a kickflip again…(All skaters and people on this page is probably laughing now…) But yeah…I reckon this will give me the determination again to get into this awesome sport and lifestyle again.
I’d land my first kickflip.
This board would surely upgrade my level of skateboarding. I would first try landind a grind combo, something like a kick flip 50 50 truck grind 🙂 . And then try late flips, hard late flip to be exact 😀 .
If I was lucky enough to win this deck I wouldn’t land any new fancy tricks but it would be exactly what I need just to get back into skating again.
360 flip
I would certainly try to attempt to land… a manual kickflip to nose manual f/s shuv-it to boardslide f/s 180 heelflip out. I would probably only land a fakie big spin at best (and end off with a cess slide, YES YOU HEARD ME, a CESS slide. OLD SKOOL styles on a NEW SKOOL board). If i win the deck, i’ll film me falling on my ass doing all these things, and we can have a laugh about it. Gleaming the boob…
I would land a 360 flip. Just need a bit more time in the air and I think this board would make that possible.

I would pop the cleanest, most beautiful, ollie over a gap, and the board would stick to my feet and land perfectly.

I have been getting my Overflips closer and closer to consistent, Im sure this would help me perfect it.
I would seriously try a inward heel over this pavement gap. The flip and spin needs to be so fast! haha so this deck would be great

This is def a game changer, technology wise. Trick wise,180 – late shove-its and backside 180’s to late backfoot slip would be what I would try with this board. Even simple tricks like frontside shove its would have a new flavor to them!
I once saw Jean-Marc do a late hard flip at a contest…I believe that with this unique skateboard deck,I should land them as easy as he does

I would land a fakie varial kickflip on that board,actually I would land a fakie varial kickflip to 50-50 grind.

I would do a Frontside Nose slide 270 late flip, The board is much lighter and will help me doing it more easier.

I’d like to land a nollie hardflip to backside tailslide. This board looks like it has some pop and this trick will also demonstrate the dexterity and flow of the board
I love doing hard flips. Onto things, over things and into things. And of course some tre flips

But I will also try one of rodney mullen’s signature tricks a Handstand Flip….and I would really love to win this board because my verb is about has big cracks and its about to snap! Its been through a lot. So please!!!! I really need this board

Firstly, what a pleasure it would be to win this board! AWESOME! Secondly, I am a retired skateboarder going on 30 years of age and knees weakening by the day from 16 years of skating. The trick I would pull off would be a nice smooth flip nose manny too fakie out on a manny pad….after a couple o tries.. LOL

I would land my tre-flips,varial heels and fakie 360 front shuv heel and some other tricks I would commit to stairs more and so on that board is sum good stuff

I would LOOOOOOOOOOOVE to get this board!! This would help to infinity aand beyooond with trying out some dope tricks i have yet to land! Switch flips, popping fat fs and bs bigspins! Id also really like to land a solid tre catching it with the front foot , just looks rad! and then CATCH UP to all these homies in their comments wanting to land tricks i will get to with a new Almost Uber Light Skateboard 😀

I’d love to win a new deck as mine is bendy and pap! New tricks mmm fakie fs 360 kickflip, improve hardflips (light board with lotsa pop would be perfect) and fakie bigger heel flip sound like fun.
With this sweet deck I would go so far as stomping out a shuv late-heel down a small set at the local train station. The bums would be amped!
I’ve only just learned to do an ollie, so that would be my move but then I am only 6years old and my mom is typing this message for me 🙂
I only ride almosts cause of the concave and pop, so i would land a fat hard flip down some big stairs

I would try to land a Kickflip finally. I’ve been trying for so long and just cant seem to get it. I also would want to get my Ollie higher. With this board I feel like I would be able to do more stuff because of the weight. Thanks

I realy dont know what trick i would do but skateing is not about whos the best who landed the sickist trick its about having fun felling free from life’s drama and crap. I would do a bs tailslide to 360kickflip out. :-p

It has to be a frontside tailslide down a long handrail to shove-it out………..simple, but nothing quite like landing a trick like that!

In fact do you know what I’d land land? No of course you don’t, but since it’s an uber light you should have been thinking somewhere along the lines of a triple nollie lazerflip to overcrook grind out to a one wheel nose manual using the 4th eyelash on my left eye. To all the other contestants that have entered and are reading my entry and think this insane – well you? You simply don’t deserve to win! Because, because.. well i shouldn’t have to explain why! – you should already know how awesome the uber light is to believe me!

On a serious note, I won’t just land “a trick” if i get this board – I’ll land all the tricks that i’ve been working for so hard for so long on that i haven’t been able to get rotation or get it fast enough to be able to catch the board and land them clean. Part of me would want to do that, but the other part wants me to hang the board because it’s so rare and there are only 500 of these made in the world. In the end, if it takes skating this uber light to perfect and land new stuff then i’d be stoked to do just that!
I must first do an Ollie, though it may be sounded cliche, but in spite of being basic and old, Ollie is my first love and how can i forget to love her….
