The 2025 Backyard Battle series rolled into the world-famous Austrian onion capital of Unterstinkenbrunn, where Freeride Mountain Biking now rivals farming as the local export. Hosts Clemens Kaudela and the Ruso Bros dialled up the heat this year, shaping some colossal dirt sculptures that set the stage for massive sends and non-stop progression with an all-time rider line up of legends and up-and-comers.
A stacked international crew of riders threw down all week, from the XXL multi-directional jump lines at C-Dog’s compound to a fiery session on the iconic whip-off jump at Bikepark Innsbruck.
“Building and riding at home always hits different, we wanted to create some big features that pushed everyone, and it definitely delivered!” – Clemens Kaudela.
Daniel Ruso added “It feels unreal to bring riders from all over the world here to send it at this spot we’ve been riding for years. The vibe this year was next level.”
