Quiksilver kicks off their 3 part Get Free Series this weekend (21 and 22 March) at Kommetjie in Cape Town. The new surfing series will cater for the Open Mens, Under 20 Boys and Under 16 Boys divisions, and is sanctioned by Surfing South Africa.
