SRAM Gravity Enduro Series Round 1 Results

Round 1 of the SRAM Gravity Enduro Series presented by YT Industries took place over the weekend (5 June) at the Helderberg Trails in the Western Cape. 85 riders gathered to compete on the day, which started out chilly but warmed up to low 20’s, perfect for Enduro MTB racing.

The event consisted of four liaisons and four times stages with a total ascent of 1290m. Duran van Eeden, the head trail builder, took top honours with a combined time of 14:35, ahead of Theo Erlangsen and Darryn Stow.

The SRAM Gravity Enduro Series presented by YT Industries is a four-race series, with Round 2 taking place at the Jonkershoek trails outside Stellenbosch on 31 July.
