On Sunday 1st March the 2015 installment of the RVCA Rolling Retro surf event will hit Llandudno Beach in Cape Town in what guarantees to be a mellow summer day out. This fun surfing event has been running yearly and is all about having fun.
Setup around he Lifesaving Club with bar facilities and food on sale (bring cash). Registration starts at 9am with the heats kicking off at 10am. The pro heat is scheduled for 4pm. Expect a relaxed environment with live bands, good tunes and retro surfing on retro surfboards.
Competitor entry is R100 which includes the use of the retro boards and an event vest.120 slots are open for the surf event, 40 slots for the bodyboarding and bodysurfing event. The who’s who of the CT surf scene will be there.
