The RVCA Junior Challenge 2015 will be going down this weekend, 13 – 15 July, in Jeffrey’s Bay. A surfing event that has already had unfathomable success in its few years that it has been around. Junior surfers are frothing to take part, smash their mates and win a trophy.

There will be a bunch of new faces as well a defending title holders in each division ready to impress the judges. In the U10 Boys division, title holder James Ribbink has moved up a division so will not be there to defend his title, leaving the door wide open. However, Ribbink will be defending the U12 division title as he won both divisions last year. He has also entered the U14 division and will be a threat there.

Matt McGillivray will be defending his title in the premier U20 Boys division. U14 title holder Sebastian Williams will be moving up to the U16 division and will not defending his title. Crystal Hulett will be one to look out for in the U20 Girls division.
