Red Bull Shay’ iMoto has confirmed the sixteen drivers who will compete for the 2026 championship title at Suncoast Casino this Saturday, 18 April. Every driver on this list earned their place through a rigorous video submission and judging process. No passengers. No padding. Just the best spinners in the country.
A Fierce Field, A Higher Bar
The 2026 edition is highly competitive; sixteen competitors will face off in a head-to-head knockout across qualifiers, quarterfinals, semi-finals and a final showdown. Each driver gets two minutes and thirty seconds to attack the obstacle course while keeping their car in continuous spin. A panel of legendary spinners and motorsport personalities will judge every run-on vehicle control, creativity, style and showmanship. And the crowd – as always – will have its say.
Defending champion Jean “Panjaro” Kruger won the title on this same Durban soil in August 2025, defeating Boksie in a final that had more than 4,000 fans on their feet. He returns to a format designed to leave no room for error.
