An event like no other! Red Bull Hardline 2016 saw a long and technical course featuring steep, rocky section combined with massive gap jumps creating one of the most progressive Downhill MTB courses ever built.

After crashing in practice, Gee Atherton qualified last and was first up in the final runs. Atherton rode fast on his home turf as set a leading time that held off most of the competitors. That was until Ruaridh Cunningham put down a flawless run to take the lead.

Second in qualifying, Adam Brayton took to the course with an aggressive run that saw him cruise into second place, moving Gee to third. After his first place in qualifying, Bernard Kerr was the last on course. Kerr smashed through the course setting a time 2.4 seconds ahead of Cunningham to take the overall win.
