You are originally from London. When did you move to South Africa and why?
Hmmm, when I was three, to further my career. Nah, because I was forced to by my parents however I did move back to study after school.
We have to say that we’re damn happy you made the move and added to the beauty of our country. What was the adjustment like when you moved here?
After coming back the second time around, I missed the fast-paced cosmopolitan lifestyle. I was so used to walking, hoping on and off of buses and catching the tube. I found it sad to have to stick to my car as pretty much the only way to get around.
What are your pro’s and con’s of living in SA compared to London?
There are definitely more pro’s than con’s! Nothing can compare to the beauty of SA. We have every landscape Imaginable. The ocean, the mountains the greenery the amazing scenery (I had to, it comes with being a lyricist) The standard of living is way better in SA – Space! Living in London means living in a matchbox. South Africa really has so much to offer if it weren’t for the obvious, crime and lack of proper transport. The best part of London was the ability to walk around, meet new people as you catch busses and trains. The other pro of London is the fact you can catch a plane and be in Europe in a couple of hours. Oh.. Yeah, the weather is kuk!

If you had the chance, would you move back?
I would move back only for my career. There is so much to learn there. Otherwise, I’d want to spend forever living in the luxury of our country.
We spotted you at EFC Africa 29 last week and what a fight night it was. What attracts you to the MMA scene, who is your favourite fighter and what was your favourite fight on the night?
Well, I have three brothers, so I know all about getting beaten up (in a loving way of course) I’m a massive tomboy and did boxing myself. It’s just so exciting. I’m half Greek, so obviously my favourite fighter is Costa Ioannou. Of EFC29 it was definitely Fadipe, aka Herculeez. I loves the show he gave. Favourite fight was Pitbull vs Opperman just because I couldn’t believe how Opperman seemed like he couldn’t feel a thing and how Pitbull just would not go down.
If you had the opportunity to step into the hexagon, who would you like to take on?
[Laughs] I would take on and take DOWN Pitbull, just because I prefer yorkies.
We noticed that you’re also into your singing, tell us a bit about that and what you’d like to get out of it?
I’m all about singing. It’s my life. I believe you should do what you are passionate about otherwise you waste your life conforming to others. Being passionate and acting on it brings happiness, and I’m all about being happy. So, what I’d like to get out of it is leading the happiest most fulfilled life and if huge recognition and lots of record sales came from it too… I wouldn’t say no.
When did you realise you have a voice for singing and how did it progress from there?
When I was a wee little lass, in primary school when I sang in my school’s musical production of The Jungle Book. From there I just kept at it. Sang in a Greek band, sang in a EDM type group where I got to open for Avicii, lots of things in-between and now onto my own songs and sound.
Now for the sexier side of things. How do you keep yourself in such good shape?
I run. I run a lot. That’s it, I swear.
Tell us one of your sexy secrets?
I can shake my hips like Shakira Shakira.
What type of guy does it for Christina, give us the dirty details?
A guy that is barefoot, in the kitchen making me a sandwich but who can also make me laugh till I cry and romance the bejesus out of me.
If you wanted to have your way with your man, how would you go about doing it?
