We last featured you in 2014. What’s been going on in your life since then?
Lots of new and exciting things are going on in my life at the moment. I’ve qualified with a Graphic Design Degree, am going to India to dance for two months and am relocating to live in Cape Town, packing as I’m typing [laughs], but looking forward to a memorable journey.

Would you say that you’ve changed as a person at all and if so how?
Yes, I have become more confident in myself and happy in my own skin. I try to impart this onto others, making them feel good about themselves in their own skin and with what they are naturally blessed with. A smile or a compliment goes a long way, it’s not always about me me me.
My mindset has shifted a bit and I’ve started to live a slightly healthier lifestyle, and started to gym about 2 months ago. Not enjoying the process yet but I am enjoying the benefits and results. I feel I now know what I want in life and am on my way to perusing my dreams and goals.

What are your goals for 2016?
Finding my feet in a new city and exploring the opportunities that await me. To further my modelling career. As Cape Town is the art capital of South Africa, I’m looking forward to any graphic design opportunities I may be offered as well.

Your body is looking sexier than ever, what do you like to do to keep in shape?
Not very much if I’m being honest. I’ve always eaten unhealthily and have a huge sweet tooth. As mentioned, I’ve started to gym about 2 months ago and even though I don’t enjoy it, in the short time I have seen great results, which does push me to try be healthier and gym more. I might need a personal trainer though, maybe one who can show me all the hot spots and nightlife in Cape Town, that would be an added bonus [laughs]. Dancing also keeps me toned and fit.

What’s the most important thing when it comes to a fitness lifestyle and staying in shape?
Number 1: Make sure you are happy and confident in your own skin.
Number 2: Lots of sleep.
Number 3: Party and enjoy life!
Number 4: Gym and eat healthy.
It’s in this order because I feel a balanced lifestyle is a healthy one. If you are happy in yourself and in other parts of your life, the health and gym can only benefit. If you spend 100% on one aspect, you will lose out on the rest.

Which part of your body would you say you are most proud of?
At the moment it would be my stomach, as the exercises I’ve been doing concentrate on the abs and there have been good results. I’ve worked hard on getting more toned and fit and the results are showing. Gives a great sense of accomplishment.

If we had to spend a day in your shoes, what would we experience?
[Laughs] okay well… waking up feeling my blankets against my bare skin, to my favourite meal of a ridiculous amount of bacon. Slipping into a bikini, going to the beach with friends, going to lunch, perhaps a dance rehearsal, perhaps a photo-shoot, perhaps a graphic design deadline to meet. To then wind down with friends for cocktails.

If you could spend a day in anyone else’s shoes, who’s would they be?
Alessandra Ambrosio, Victoria’s Secret Model, whom I imagine leads a fast paced life. It would be wonderful to be able to travel to breath-taking destinations for her shoots. And the idea of living in beautiful lingerie or bikinis all day sounds blissful!

What is one of the weirdest things you have ever encountered?
Hmm… the only thing that is popping into my head, is when a guy at a bar told me I’d look beautiful on the top of his Christmas tree. That was an original one!

What does your ultimate fantasy consist of?
Ooh… That’s a secret till I meet a sweetheart worthy of sharing it.
