Natalie Heyns. Who, when, what, how?
Dreamer, doer, thinker, go-getter, always, in any way possible.

Give us some insight into your dancing career?
I’ve been dancing for as long as I can remember and without sounding super cheesy, I feel like that’s what I was born to do [laughs]. I trained in Freestyle and Latin and whenever I perform, I feel this undeniable passion in my body. I’m so blessed to do what I love as a chosen career.

How often do you dance and in what shows can people find you dancing?
I dance almost everyday, whether it be for rehearsals, class, corporates or shows. I am currently in a show at Melrose Arch, The Venue called ‘Awaken’. It’s an amazing show and I’m fortunate enough to be side by side with some great talent, singers and dancers.

Would you attribute you’re prefect bum and legs to dancing, or do you have other secret workouts?
[Laughs] You guys know how to make a girl blush! Thank you! Honestly, I love working out. I box 5 times a week at Bryanston Fight Club and they really know how to whip you into shape. All the people there are incredibly friendly, welcoming and supportive in your goals you want to reach. My trainer there is incredible. Something I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun and intense workout. I also attend and have recently started teaching this amazing class called Rockingnheels. It’s a fun, fitness workout in high heels that gives women a confidence boost as well as a sexy workout all in one. We basically teach a little routine for the ladies and then they rock it out. The lady that started it, Takkies, is so amazing and knows exactly how to bring out the best in the ladies and make them feel comfortable and beautiful. You have a pretty busy schedule. What do you like to do with your time off?
I love spending time with my family and friends. I also love exploring new restaurants, I’m such a foodie and anytime I can, I love to travel, experience and explore new places and things.

If you could be any character from any TV series, who would you be and why?
I would totally be Clark Kent from Smallville. I mean who wouldn’t want to be Superman!

Do you have any other hobbies, activities or sports you like to get involved in?
I have always been big into sports, especially running and I even wanted to become a Rugby referee at one point. My family is big into Rugby so I have that in my veins. I love a good book too. And I used to be a big horse rider too, mostly show jumping.

Given the opportunity to build your perfect guy, what characteristics would you look for in the following?
Hands: Must be bigger than mine and smooth.
Arms: Nice and toned.
Legs: Must be bigger than mine, with some nice calves.
Torso: I mean, I think everyone likes a bit of a pack or 2 [laughs].
Back: Back is everything. Nothing better than a toned, smooth back.
Eyes: Dark eyes.
Hair: Dark hair.
Facial hair: I like a bit of tousled locks and rugged facial hair.
Physic: Fit, toned and strong.
Attitude: Positive outlook, driven and motivated.
Personality: Respectful, charismatic, confident, good sense of humour, responsible but with a bit of an edge, loving, caring and down to be adventurous with me.

Every girl has that one thing that is an instant turn-on and makes her go weak at the knees. What’s yours?
It’s probably someone with a quiet confidence who knows what he wants and can show it. I hate arrogance.

What’s your idea of being spoilt, and what’s your idea of spoiling someone?
My idea of being spoilt is someone taking note of the activities I’ve mentioned and I’ve wanted to do, and making it happen without me knowing. I think my idea of spoiling someone is doing that exact thing. It’s personal and speaks to the heart.

If you had to use a pick-up line on us, what would it be and what do you think its success rate would be?
Did you sit in a pile of sugar? Cause you have a pretty sweet ass [laughs]. I totally think it would work 100% cause it’s so cheesy.
