Tell us about your passion for fitness and making sure you stay in good shape?
Keeping fit and healthy has always been a part of my life and if a week goes by where I haven’t done something active I start to feel depressed. I’m obsessed with eating clean as I see the difference in my skin, hair and body when I don’t. I enjoy helping others to make positive changes in their lives and hope to inspire others to lead a healthy lifestyle.

What’s your favourite type of workout and why?
I love a heavy weight session and normally do giant sets.

What have you found to be the biggest benefit since you started living the healthy lifestyle?
I have followed a healthy lifestyle my whole life which has intensified since I started competing in 2011. I have found that more doors have opened for me by always being in good shape. I’m always positive and am hardly ever sick.

What part of your body would you say is the sexiest and what part get the most attention from guys?
Hopefully my smile.

You are one of the EFC Africa Hexagon Girls. How did you become one and what do you enjoy most about being one?
I was asked to come for an interview at EFC and am so honored to have been selected. I love the vibe on fight nights and being able to get a front-row seat to all the action.

What attracts you to the sport of MMA and what do you look forward to come fight night?
I love that you can only do well in the sport if you work hard and put everything you have into it. The outcome of each fight is so unpredictable and I love being around all the excitement of the fans.

Which fight are you looking forward to at EFC 24 and who do you think is going to take the win?
I’m looking forward to Potts vs Misholas and Pena vs Illunga. I’m going with Potts and Pena for the wins.

What’s your take on the “Bad Boy” imaged associated with cage fighting?
I think the fighters have to put up a tough front before they fight which keeps them focussed but when you get to know the fighters away from the cage you see them in a different light.

What type of guy does it for you and what one of the first things you look at?
I like a guy who dresses smart and is always presentable.

When it comes to sex appeal, what’s your secret to flaunting it in front of the camera?
I prefer to just be me and not force anything.

In your opinion, what makes a girl sexy?
