Give us a quick introduction to Nicole?
I am a strong believer in looking good, feeling good and doing good. I have my mimd set on traveling and I’m planning on working on the luxury yachts.

What drives you?
My goals in life. Knowing that if your dream and goals don’t scare you, they aren’t big enough. Helping people achieve their goals in their health and fitness, and to feel as good as I do.

Which Movie/ TV star do you feel would best portray your personality?
That would be Kim Kardashian. She made it known, not just to the modelling industry, but to the world that having curves is beautiful. She is also a strong business woman who has built and empire with her family.

How has your lockdown life been treating you?
Lockdown has given me the time to get to know myself even more. I’ve been able to work intensely on my health and fitness. I’ve been able to work on my spiritual side and plans for my future.

What’s the first thing you want to do when the lockdown is lifted?
The first thing I want to do is go hike, go to the beach and have a lunch at my favourite restaurant, LA Parada.

Tell us something most people don’t know about you?
I used to do modern and contemporary dancing. I also have a book of affirmations I read every morning to remind myself how blessed I am.

What does a day in your life usually consist of?
I love a routine. Getting up in the morning and having a healthy breakfast, going to the gym (my second home), counting my blessings, working with my members to reach their goals in their fitness, health, wealth and ambition. Doing make up trials and shoots, making new healthy recipes for lunch, hiking, and relaxing on the beach whenever I can.

What do you enjoy the most about posing for the camera?
Having fun and seeing the outcome of how far I’ve come with training by seeing the difference in the pictures. It reminds me of my youth and I love that I can capture that fun moment in time.

How would you best sum up your shoot with Epix Shoots for this feature?
The best way to describe my shoot with Shaun (Epix Shoots) would be a lot of laughing and creativity. It’s never a dull moment and he always gives the model an input in the ideas of the shoots, which is awesome .

Bad boys or nice guys?
I would be lying if I said I didn’t like a bad boy, but I prefer nice guys because I wouldn’t have to waste my time on worrying if he’s being unfaithful, and that would take the focus off of myself and my goals.

What would your dream holiday entail, and who would you take with?
It would entail going with my best friend to Greece. Doing photo shoots, touring, tanning, drinking cocktails and making good memories while capturing the moments.

What’s the scariest thing you have ever experienced?
Being in a car accident. I was almost paralysed, never-mind that I almost lost my life. After that I changed my entire life/ lifestyle. It was one of the toughest lessons I had ever experienced in my life.

What’s the first thing that comes to mind when we mention:

Relationships? Love, loyalty, honesty, being happy and true to who you are in the relationship with.

Chivalry? I don’t believe chivalry is dead. I believe there are still a lot of gentleman out there in the world. I also believe that how a man treats his mother is how he will treat you one day.

Arousing? Romance.

Good times? Music festivals, laughter with friends, braais with family, catching sunsets and hiking.

Bucket list? Traveling Europe, to be a successful model while traveling, being wealthy and humble, having my dream house and car, happy family, staying fit and healthy, being happy, sky diving, seeing snow and many more.

Goals? Working on the luxury yachts, investing, my herbalife business flourishing, modelling and traveling the world, becoming a personal trainer, deepening my spiritual side, giving back to charity, giving back to my parents, traveling Europe is a big goal of mine. Overall being happy and always giving my all in everything I do.
