Give our readers some insight into who Kayla Scott is?
I’m a young woman trying to find my own little place in this world, to see how I can make a difference and change people’s lives.

What do you like to do in your free time and how often do you get to do it?
There’s a certain skill in the ability of rewarding yourself with ‘me time’.

What is a day in the life of Kayla like?
Unique. Every day is different, with all the adventures of modelling, designing, dancing, studying and socialising.

What do you think it would be like to live as a guy for just one day, and what would you get up to?
Boring! It’s much more fun being female, doors get opened for you! If I did have to be a guy (against my will) I would do whatever I want, say whatever I want, sit however I want, go wherever I want and eat however I want. I would also do a killer gym session with insanely heavy weights!

With the festive season around the corner, what are you looking forward to most?
Showing off the product of my healthy living!

What type of emotions and memories does the festive season remind you of?
Happiness, peace and tranquility. It’s the one time of the year where all that matters is sand, sun and oysters.

Where will you be partying for New Years Eve?
Barefoot, in the sand, 30 meters under the fireworks.

What has been one of your craziest experiences, and would you live it again?
Formula Rossa. Fastest roller coaster in the world. To elaborate, it reaches 240kmh in 5.9 seconds, from dead still. I have never felt that type of fear, before or after. Yes, I would definitely do it again.

If you could change one thing that happened to you, what would it be and why would you change it?
The rebound from sugar deprivation. I’ve learnt the true value of eating from God’s menu.
