I’m outgoing, positive, loyal and I have a strong mindset. When I want something I will go out and get it.
If you could play any lead role in a movie, which would it be and why?
William Wallace in Braveheart. He is so fearless and inspiring.
How would you best sum up your 2020?
I have experienced a great deal of loss this year but we have to keep our heads up and keep focusing on the good things.
What are you looking forward to most this Festive Season?
Spending quality time with my family. My family is everything to me.

I have a witty sense of humour.
What does a day in your life usually consist of?
Helping others to live healthier lifestyles. Training, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
Living the fitness lifestyle and competing, what goals have you set for yourself and what have been some of your highlights?
I have just placed 1st in two categories at the IFBB Pro league Icandy Classic. Next year I’m going for my Pro Card.
Where do you see yourself in five year time?
A lot can happen in five years. As long as I’m setting new goals and smashing them.
Which part of your body do you enjoy flaunting the most?
It’s gotta be my glutes. I have worked so hard on them. If you’ve got it….
What five things top your bucket list?
As mentioned getting my Pro Card.
Seeing the Northern lights.
Playing the piano.
Entering Mrs South Africa.Working at a wildlife rehab centre.
What does your ultimate getaway entail?
Being in the Kruger. I’m happy staying in a 5 star lodge or just a two man tent. I love the bushveld.
If you could live in any city in the world, which would it be?
Anywhere in South Africa with a sea view. We have such a beautiful country!
What’s the first thing that comes to mind when we mention:
Early mornings? Coffee and cuddles in bed.
Late nights? Parties and making unforgettable memories.
