Give us a quick introduction to Amber?
I’m 22 years old and I’ve lived in Cape Town all my life. I’m a very kind and soft hearted person and I love spending time with my friends. Shopping, make-up, fashion, decorating and creating are all passions of mine along with modelling. I adore dressing up for a night out and also love to get out of the noise and go to the greener side of life.

Do blondes really have more fun?
My best friend is a brunette and I think we’re a pretty mean team together with having fun.

What is one of the most spontaneous things you have ever done, and what was the result?
I got my belly ring quite spontaneously at the age of 15, I love having one though.

If you could be anything for just one day, what would it be and why?
I’d be a Pathologist. That may surprise many but I find all things medical interesting.

What inspires you?
I actually have a tattoo that says Muse, meaning a person or personified force who is the source of inspiration for a creative artist. I see myself as my own Muse. What also inspires me is art and unique beauty in everyday life.

What are you looking forward to most this Summer?
Getting to tan and to wear my bikinis.

I don’t eat vegetables.
