A brand new and unique music festival is on the horizon. Lush Festival will be taking place in Clarens from the 24th to 27th March 2016, Easter Weekend.
This well visited destination offers some of the most spectacular views and tranquil surround throughout SA. Taking place on the Linwood Farm and will feature an awesome lineup of musicians and electro acts.
Two international acts have already been confirmed, namely Civil Twilight and Xavier Rudd.
The first of the local acts that have been announced are; Jeremy Loops, The Parlotones, GoodLuck, Grassy Spark, Francois van Coke, Al Bairre, Rubber Duc, Austin Cassim, Pop Art Live, Michael Lowman, Chunda Munki, Majozi, Josie Field & Laurie Levine, Josh Wantie and Howie Combrink.
The next set of local acts to join the line-up, are:
Die Heuwels Fantasties, Monark, Bouwer Bosch, Farryl Purkiss, ISO, We Are Charlie, Chambers, Ruby Gill, Adelle Nqeto, Sean Koch, Boxer, Half ‘n Half, Simple Stories, Josh Kempen, Sutherland, Vin Groovin, Richard Brokensha, Benson, Keanu Lee, Ella G and Mr Green.
Lush Festival will feature three unique stages. One nestled in the woods, one in a renovated barn and one laying towards the sandstone cliffs beside the river.
Early bird tickets are on sale already at R395 and include general camping. These are on sale until 8th February. Phase 1 tickets will be on sale for R495, and then Phase 2 for R595.
A private Plus Camping Area is available for an extra R600 and limited to 350 people.
