The 3rd instalment of Monday Mob recently went down at Durban’s infamous Lola Malone Tattoo shop. It seems the word is quickly spreading through the scene as many fresh faces, newcomers, veterans and tattoo enthusiasts were in attendance to get in on the action.

Nic and Dok (shop artists) kept things fresh by adding a couple more flash sheets with their signature trippy neo-traditional style to some new interesting Japanese characters, making it hard for some customers to make a choice.

Starting at R450, each design is 100% original and crafted somewhere in the heads of these two talented artists who have a background in graffiti and street art.
Also in attendance was Nev the Barber supplying the gents with some “back to work” fresh cuts/ shaves and some much needed beard trimming.

At 10pm the shop was still packed with a gang of people comparing their new additions and the tattoo machines still zapping away at eager customers.

To avoid disappointment make sure you get to the next Monday Mob early, get yourself a timeless piece while meeting some like-minded people and expand our growing tattoo scene in South Africa.
