The final stop of the 2018 Crankworx Slopestyle World Tour went down in Whistler, Canada over the weekend. Red Bull Joyride is the season-defining conclusion of the tour and is the most challenging event on the circuit. The best Freestyle MTB riders in the world bring their A-game competing on a custom-built course known as the pinnacle of courses for its creative features and smooth ride.
Erik Fedko capped off his breakthrough season with his first podium at Red Bull Joyride with a 3rd place finish. After missing the entire season, there was also a notable return from Emil Johansson who took an early lead and ended the event just outside of the podium in 4th.

Brett Rheeder crashed in his first run but claimed redemption when his second run score of 94.50 put him into 1st place. Unfortunately it was not enough to hold onto the top spot and he finished in 2nd place.
Nicholi Rogatkin stomped an incredible run in his second go down the Whistler course to beat out Brett Rheeder’s score with a 96.50 to take the win, and Crankworx first ever awarded has awarded Triple Crown of Slopestyle.
