Stop 3 of the 2018 Crankworx Slopestyle World Tour took place in Les Gets, France over the weekend with the world’s best Freestyle MTB riders competing for gold and valuable championship points.
Nicholi Rogatkin stomped an incredible first run full of insane tricks including a Triple Tailwhip, Double Backflip, Cork 720, Double Tailwhip and his trademark Twister to finish. A score of 94.50 was enough to fend off the rest of the field as Rogatkin claimed another win.
Brett Rheeder threw everything at his first run but came up short with a 90.25. He went on to better his score with a 92 in the second run, but he could not eclipse Rogatkin’s amazing score and had to settle for 2nd place. Rheeder maintains his lead in the Crankworx World Tour standings with the one stop left in Whistler.
Erik Fedko put down an excellent first run ensured he picked up a deserved first Crankworx podium in 3rd place.
