The Annual Red Bull BC One returns this April bringing anther series of explosive B-Boy face-offs. The national breakdance final will take place on the 29th April at the V&A Waterfront Cruise Terminal in Cape Town. 16 of the country’s best breakdancers will battle it out for the title and the opportunity to represent SA at the World Final in Amsterdam later this year.
This year’s installment is going back to the core with the culture of 1 on 1 battles. The 16 finalists will be taken from the eliminating regional cyphers and one national qualifier held on the 27th April, giving dancers from all over the country the chance to compete. Dancers will have the opportunity to me mentored by Hong 10 at a public dance workshop on the 28th April, and get to prove their skills for a chance to be in the final.
