Experience The Al Bairre Show With Al Bairre Experience is available for purchase on iTunes.

Firstly, congrats on the release of your mini LP which also happens to be your first official release. How does it feel?
It feels gosh damn divine.
How long have you been working on this LP and what were some of the highlights while doing it?
It was written over a period of 3 years because we have some oldies on here too which we re-recorded because we wanted them to sound even more stunning. But the new tracks were all written and recorded over the period of a year.
Highlights were definitely working with Francois De Klerk. He is this young producer we came across along the way. He is just a magician in the studio and makes everything so easy. So working with him was great. He likes to party too so we got to have a few razzle dazzles after studio every night.
Give us some insight into Experience The Al Bairre Show With Al Bairre Experience and what fans can expect from it?
For this mini LP we basically took all the signature Al Bairre elements and just took it up to level 11. We are told that’s one higher than the highest you can go in terms of levels. We’re talking fat drums, more strings, more harmonies, dirty bass lines, stinky guitars and grooves that will make you twist your ankle in a good way.

Why the name Experience The Al Bairre Show With Al Bairre Experience?
With this Mini LP we wanted to create a formal invite for everyone in the whole wide world to experience The Al Bairre Show, with us Al Bairre. It’s a real experience.
Also the name just rolled off the tongue nicely. So we thought ‘yes’.
You have re-recorded some of your work for this LP. Which songs did you rework and why?
We reworked Right Here In July, We Move On and Tunnels. They were our favourites off the first EP, so we wanted them to sound just as divine as the new songs because we didn’t have big fancy studios to record in when we did the first EP in 2012.
How would you best explain the personalities of the four members of Al Bairre?
I think it would be easiest if we explained each of us using members from 1D.
Nic is Louis, Kyle is Harry, Tessa is Liam and Julia is Nial.

What have been some of your standout moments of 2015?
We registered Al Bairre as a company in the beginning of the year, which meant we now owned our own business at the ripe young age of 24 and 22. That was beyond radical. Then last month we bought an office, which I’m sitting in right now. Definitely a highlight. It’s divine.
What are you looking forward to most this festive season?
We always get very excited about touring up the East Coast in December every year. We get to go swimming a lot. We like that.
Where can fans catch you performing live?
11 Dec ~ J Bay ~ The Jolly Dolphin.
18 Dec ~ Cape Town ~ The Assembly.
26 Dec ~ St. Francis ~ Billy’s Beach.
27 Dec ~ Plett ~ The Lawns ~ Beacon Island.
29 Dec ~ Kenton ~ Billy’s Beach.
31 Dec ~ Electric Vines Festival.
What’s next for Al Bairre and what resolutions do you have for 2016?
We wanna try and get six packs like One Direction.
