Nixon introduces The Milk Collection, the latest addition to Nixon’s exclusive Chromacoat story. If you’re looking for some arm candy – this is as good as it gets!
All watches in The Milk Collection feature a rich, white top colour that wears with age to reveal a unique gold layer undercoat. The unique and advanced applied finish, deemed Chromacoat, with “chroma” meaning purity of colour and “coat” being the applied coat on top of the steel IP plating, Nixon’s Chromacoat is designed to age with the owner. Through normal wear, each and every watch with this special finish will mature with age showing the owner what a life well lived will look like, creating a completely individual and custom version of the watch. Pretty rad don’t you think?
First launched in 2010 with Drab, a gray top colourway which wore away to reveal a dark, gloss metal, followed by Gunship, a steel blue top color that wore to matte steel, to a collection called “Sunkissed Sea,” a washed teal colourway that revealed a shiny stainless steel, The Milk Collection takes the Chromacoat process to an elevated level.
