‘Skateboarding is a Crime’ Exhibition

Say WHAT? A by-law passed by the City of Cape Town has made skateboarding illegal on any public road, though very little is being done to build skateparks in and around the city. Which obviously sucks.

“Skateboarding is a Crime” is an exhibition of illustrations by Gerhard Human in collaboration with Woodies Ramps.

12 unique illustrations will be for sale at a ridiculously low price. Hand printed in edition of 30, numbered and signed.

ALL PROCEEDS will go to the development of skateparks in South Africa.

The exhibition opens at 6:30pm tonight, Thursday 26 April at The Pit, next to Clarke’s Bar and Dining Room on 133 Bree Street, Cape Town. The show will run for a week after.
