Give us a quick introduction to Logan Coleman?
I am a hard working, outgoing and goal driven person. I Put my mind to every goal and I won’t stop until I achieve it, whether it is fitness or career. I am super passionate about everything I do and I love feeling and looking healthy. I wish to inspire people to be the best they can be, and remember, it doesn’t happen over night – as long as you’re working daily towards a better you for you.
Your passion lies within the fitness industry. How did you get into fitness and what does it mean to you?
I had always been sporty in school and once I left school I felt something was missing so I started training and decided to do a competition where I placed 3rd. I then I couldn’t get enough of the feeling of being on stage. It means that I can lead a healthy life and I can work hard to change my body to how I want to see it. I have such a love for the industry and how your body reacts to certain type of training and how you can fuel your body.
What have been some of your accomplishments in the industry so far?
I have achieved so many things that have humbled me so much. I’ve won my division and my line-up. I have been featured in the Fitness Magazine and the Fitness Hers Magazine. I won my pro card at Nabba/ WFF and won the pro line-up. I have had an amazing journey this far and I can’t wait to see what’s next.
What are some of your favorite workouts?
I enjoy training legs and glutes. I enjoy squatting because it works all parts of your legs. I also enjoy flute kick backs as it targets the glutes well. All in all my training consists of weight training and incline, and now and then I do a switch class to change it up. I feel this has given my body the results I’ve been wanting to achieve.
We have to admit that you have an amazing body. Which body part are you most proud of?
I’d say is my glutes and legs as they were one of my weak points. I’ve worked hard to get them to where they are now.
Where do you see yourself in five years time?
I see myself very involved in the fitness industry, in nutrition ideally. Also incorporating my make-up world and fitness world all in one.
What can you normally be found doing on the weekends?
I work in the morning both Saturday and Sunday and then I use the days to relax and reflect from the week. I will also train and spend time with my family. Im a very holy person and enjoy spending time with my family, so thats where you’ll find me.
If you could tell us something that would surprise most people that know you, what would it be?
I used to hate the gym and I wasn’t a fan of eating clean, and now they’re my two favorite things. Funny how life works.
What type of guy are you attracted to?
I’d say I just like someone that is healthy and lives a good, balanced lifestyle. I wouldn’t say I have a type, just a good genuine person and I’m happy.
What’s one of the first things you take into account when meeting a guy?
I always look at their hands, clean neat hands are a must.
What advice would you give to anyone too shy to approach you?
I Look very unapproachable (I’ve heard) and I promise I’m not. I’m probably more shy than anyone.
If you could live in any city in the world, which would it be?
Probably overseas, somewhere like Europe. I’m not 100% sure but definitely where it’s hot.
What’s the first thing that comes to mind when we mention:
Hard Work? Fitness.
Wanderlust? I want to see the whole world with my person.
Sexy? Fit chicks.
